          This article is a foreword to a five article cycle written by the author groups of Visual School informal scientific & research association. The publications show both possible deadlock ways and positive directions of biological knowledge presentation on the pages of books and in electronic educational resources. The given point of view is presented by examples which related to periods of propaedeutics and assistance to process of surrounding world (primary and secondary schools) and some peculiarities of human body (senior school classes, first years in colleges and non-medical higher educational institutions) knowledge mastering. Reznik N.À. About the scientific credibility, transparency and
                       meaningful access to modern means of training

           The article shows the author’s point of view to the methodological tasks of exposition of the educational biological theory in electronic and paper made educational instruments. Some questions of forming of basic understanding the data of any science are also discussed. Some directions which may affect forming biological knowledge of students are also illustrated. The author shows the factors violation of which could prevent turning the digital educational resources (DER) to the instruments enriching the well known educational models. Brief ideas of basic conceptions being the principles of DER creation by author groups of Visual School informal educational association are also introduced. Yezhova N.Ì. What can give technological asceticism, mosaic and zooming
                        in computer media educational purpose?

           The article is devoted to some possible ways of answering the sharpest matters of using computers in education: extremely low activity and progress in using the educational programs. Brief results of the analysis of the display interface of the computer educational instruments from a position of practical use in the educational process are also given. Besides, contents of such central for this publication terms as technological asceticism, pixelization and scaling are explained. The authors substantiate importance of creation of the functional (capable to work) methodological prototypes anticipating elaboration of valuable digital educational resources. Description of theoretical conclusions is accompanied by demonstration of practical results of the investigations carried out by the staff of the Visual School informal educational association.                                                computer-assisted learning?

          Based upon a short analysis of psychological and pedagogical assumption about the principle ways of thinking of primary school pupils, this article tackles one of the possible ways of interpreting educational biological knowledge with the help of traditional and contemporary means of education. Special attention is drawn to the development of children’s observation and intellectual curiosity. The ability to contrast the contents of verbal information with accompanying visual images both on the pages of screen inferfaces and books is under the focus as well.                                                         studying the anatomy and physiology of the human body?

           This article touches upon the most challenging questions of how the educational information is presented on the pages of paper and computer means of education. «Human anatomy and physiology» is taken as an exemplifying subject studied at medical colleges, the departments of nonmedical institutions of higher educations which specialize in the human health. Numerous examples are given as regards the availability, purity and correctness of the educational information obtained from both sources. Paragraph titles, drawings and inscriptions are considered as the first to be looked at while using various means of education. The results of the unique analysis of material introduction are announced in the contents of the article. Cardio-vascular system creates the basis of the current research as it is introduced in the most commonly used means of education as well as those recommended and advertised.

                                               using e-learning?

          This article describes the process of development of the prototype of computer games, which are capable to react to the user’s actions and are based on the Flash technologies which allow introducing interactive elements controlled by the user. These games considered the instruments of propaedeutics, obtaining and consolidation of knowledge at such subjects as ‘Surrounding world’ and ‘Anatomy and physiology of human beings’. Friendliness, positive emotional disposition and motivation of independent work of schoolchildren and students are the most important features of our programs.
